Pump & Tone is a non-choreographed lesson in which you will train on typical exercises in the weight room, you will focus on Total Body muscle work with the help of small tools such as dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells or water bottles.

Soul is your moment of relaxation, breathe and let yourself be guided in a Total Body stretching session. End the week focusing on the flexibility of your muscles and the mobility of your joints, by the end of the lesson you will be as good as new.
