MUSIC DRIVEN WORKOUTS

Functional Step is a high-intensity bodyweight training with functional movements using a step or a reference point on the floor.

You will move to the beat of the music with sequences of functional movements that are always different.

You will work on the major muscle groups. Let’s work hard, sweat and have fun at the same time!

What will you need? A step or a reference point on the floor and a bottle of water, I’ll take care of the rest!

Click on the green button “Book your lesson”: you will access the lesson booking system.

Once entered, select your lesson by clicking on “Book this class”; after entering your details you will receive a confirmation email and, one hour before the lesson, you will be sent the link to access the live broadcast.

The recording of the lesson is always included in the price, if you are not present during the live broadcast on Zoom, I will send you the link to be able to watch the live broadcast within 7 days from the end of the live broadcast.
